Address (vcf) integrated

- Import create, edit, vCards

- Choose the direct telephone numbers (experimental, when Fritz Call is installed)

- Filterable list of names (by first letter)

- Display image (if stored in the card)

- EPG call with the name in the address information planner

Also new:
- Key assignment with the help button in the Address Book and PlanerFS
- Integrate any of planners and / or address in main and / or expansion menu
