Urgent News: If your VU+ Boxes works fine, Please do not update software and connect internet now, it will update automatically.
 
As to the Vu boxes problems occured recently like:only red light on, can not boot from USB,  can not power on.. firstly, we feel sorry for the inconvenience. While this is a worldwide issues on Vu boxes (VU SOLO 2, Vu Solo,SOLO Pro, Cloud Ibox etc. which support blackhole.)
 
The Reason
the problem caused by the new 2.09 software launched on 19th, April on Vu+ Community which will destory the flash of box automatically.
 
There will be 2 Cases
1.    only the flash been destoried, basic files still okay, this can be solved by updating the software to the old version like 2.08,2.07 etc. with USB.
2.    If some important basic files was removed, reflash from USB will not works, please try replace the Flash. 
Here are Tips for You
1.    how to replace the Flash? (Video) to give you advice on how to replace the flash.
If you can replace by yourself, we will send you the chipset (The chipset will arrive China in May, we will send it to you soon) and give you full technical support.
2.    Otherwise, please send back the motherboard with cheapest shipping and declare it as routers at USD10/pc. We will replace it for you.
3.    From now on, for our Vu boxes, please update software on www.vu-hd.com, in the coming days,
this website will be improved with softwares. Thanks.
