Agian it's nothing to do with the image size, but rather the Linux 3.1.1 kernel, if the image is running this kernel and as it's based on openpli there is every possibility that future images will be based around this kernel as thats the one the one Pli have now adopted then it will not work until ferrari release a fix. you can have a 80 meg image running the latest bootloader and the old 2.6.18 kernel and it will run happily on a clone, if however you push the 3.1.1 kernel into the same image it will not boot. Then there is the issue with the latest Vu hardware drivers as they have a new added security measure to prevent them running on clones.
